Walk Wallet Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Walk Wallet. By downloading, accessing, or using the Walk Wallet mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws while using Walk Wallet.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
One person may maintain only one Walk Wallet account.

2. Step Tracking

Walk Wallet tracks your physical activity using Apple Health (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android).

Coins are awarded only for eligible and verified step activity.

Artificial, manipulated, automated, or fraudulent step generation is strictly prohibited.

Walk Wallet reserves the right to remove Coins or suspend accounts involved in suspicious activity.

3. Walk Wallet Coins

Walk Wallet rewards users with in-app Coins only.

Coins are not cash.
Coins have no monetary value.
Coins cannot be exchanged for money.
Coins cannot be transferred between users unless officially supported by Walk Wallet.
Coins may only be redeemed for eligible products, offers, or services available inside the Walk Wallet application.

Walk Wallet reserves the right to modify redemption values or available rewards at any time.

4. Rewarded Advertisements

Some features allow users to watch optional rewarded advertisements.

Watching rewarded ads is completely voluntary.
Coins are credited only after a rewarded advertisement has been successfully completed.
Closing, skipping, or failing to complete the advertisement will not provide any reward.

Walk Wallet does not guarantee the availability of rewarded advertisements at all times.

5. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.

Advertisement availability may vary depending on country, device, and advertiser demand.

Walk Wallet is not responsible for advertisement content provided by third-party advertising networks.

6. Rewards & Offers

Rewards shown inside Walk Wallet are subject to availability.

Walk Wallet may:

Change rewards
Remove rewards
Replace rewards
Update redemption values

without prior notice.

7. Fraud & Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Fake walking applications
Step spoofing
Automated step generation
Multiple accounts
Reward abuse
Advertisement abuse
Any attempt to manipulate the reward system

Violation may result in:

Coin removal
Temporary suspension
Permanent account termination

without prior notice.

8. Account Termination

Users may delete their account at any time from the application or by contacting Walk Wallet Support.

Walk Wallet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of Walk Wallet is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and processing of information described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, software, content, and branding within Walk Wallet remain the property of Walk Wallet.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the application without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Walk Wallet is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Walk Wallet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

Walk Wallet may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gujarat, India.
